Job Position – Channel Account Executive

The Channel Account Executive will focus on developing new business for Sales Solutions partners. Working with the sales leadership team, marketing and support, the Channel AE will position current Sales Solutions partners to their current book of business.

The position is commission only and remote, however required to reside in the state of Nevada to support various business needs and potential client meetings. This is an inside sales position with the potential outside sales, this means the Channel Account Executive is expected to travel up to 20 percent of the time interfacing with potential clients, customers, identifying new opportunities and attending company hand on meetings.

The Channel Account Executive must bring a rolodex of c-level executives and past clients to sell Sales Solutions’ suite of clients into. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated and equipped to work with limited oversight and independently.

Who are we looking for:

Someone with:

  • A must have rolodex of past clients, and industry contacts (BPOs, SaaS Companies, Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 2+ Years Channel Sales experience (Inbound and outbound sales preferred)
  • Cold calling experience in a sales “hunter” role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and Detail oriented
  • Always team focused
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to travel locally within territory as needed
 

Responsibilities: 

Include but not limited to:

  • Sell into their current external rolodex (Past clients and c-level executives)
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and cross-sell other Sales Solutions partner services
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
